Walk-ins are welcome during all opening hours and are served on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum 45-minute wait guarantee. Appointments are recommended if you have a detailed technical brief or anticipate needing more than 30 minutes of specialist time.
Where exactly are you?
We are at Strada Păcurari 34, Iași 700521. Street parking is available directly in front of the shopfront. The nearest bus stop (lines 27 and 43) is a two-minute walk east on Păcurari.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in lei (RON) and all major bank cards including Visa and Mastercard contactless. Bank transfer is available for recurring supply agreements above 500 RON per order. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency.
Can I get advice over the phone?
Yes — general guidance is available by phone during opening hours. For detailed specification matching or product comparisons, an in-store appointment yields better results, but we will always do our best to assist you remotely if a visit is not practical.
